Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReacTok ("Service"), operated by Vibe Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using ReacTok, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReacTok is an AI-powered reaction-video tool. You upload a photo or generate an AI avatar, add a product or app demo clip, and the Service generates a short vertical reaction video that you can download or publish to your connected social channels.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReacTok. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReacTok to:

• create non-consensual or intimate imagery;
• impersonate others for fraud, deception, or harassment;
• generate content depicting minors;
• upload a face, likeness, voice, or reference video that you do not own or have permission to use;
• create content that violates any applicable law; or
• infringe any third party's intellectual property or publicity rights.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate, and for how you use the resulting videos.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. Videos generated for you are yours to use, subject to these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and include a set number of video credits per billing period (Starter, Pro, Max, and Ultra). Each finished video consumes one credit, including videos created by reusing a saved reaction.

You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Credits are not redeemable for cash, and unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or for credits that have already been used.

6. Credits & Availability

New accounts start with no credits; generating videos requires an active paid plan. We may modify plan limits, credit amounts, or pricing, and will provide notice of material changes. We may also impose reasonable technical limits to keep the Service reliable for everyone.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReacTok is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or content moderation decisions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
