This Privacy Policy describes how Vibe Software LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ReacTok ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign up via Google or email/password.
• Uploaded content: photos, avatar images, product or app demo clips, and any reference videos you provide for generation. These are stored in our secure cloud storage.
• Generated content: the output videos created by the Service, stored in your account history.
• Usage data: generation history, subscription status, and basic analytics.
• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Connected accounts: if you connect a social publishing provider (Postiz or post-bridge), we store that API key encrypted at rest so we can publish on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; publish videos to your connected channels at your direction; communicate with you about your account; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in our application database and in Cloudflare R2 object storage, and is processed via third-party AI services (fal.ai and OpenAI). We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Uploaded content may be temporarily cached for processing.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services: Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (storage), fal.ai (AI video and image processing), OpenAI (AI hook and caption generation), and Postiz / post-bridge (social publishing, only if you choose to connect them).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion of your data; withdraw consent for processing; and export your data. To exercise any of these, contact us.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.
